Family Archival Solutions, Inc. and its National Will Registry (collectively known herein as "Family Archival Solutions, Inc.") strongly values its customers’ privacy. We have taken significant measures to maintain data safeguarding and integrity and have developed systems, mechanisms and policies to help protect your information and identity. We are not in the business of sharing your data outside of your instructions. If we enter into marketing or other partnerships, we’ll ask you for permission before sharing your information. As part of our services, you may choose to provide a wide range of information, including information related to your estate planning, beneficiaries, documentation, financial and other assets and liabilities, relationships and legacy information. You may provide us with digital and physical documents for safekeeping, usernames, passwords, account numbers and so forth.

If you register for our services through another website or through a professional, we may receive information from that third party, including registration information, website information, referring information and other information as part of our agreement with that professional or website.

When you send email or other electronic communications, or provide other messages, or engage in dialog on recorded media (including through the telephone), we may retain the content of those messages as well as your email address and our response(s).

Data Security and Safeguarding

Data security and the safeguarding of your Information is absolutely critical to us. We utilize a variety of tools to protect you and your information, including encryption Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) and other technology. Our service is not an archival service but an administration service, and we segregate and dispose of unnecessary information as we determine appropriate to further protect you and your Information. You understand and agree that there is no way to perfectly protect your Information and recognize that we will use reasonable care to protect your Information. To assist us in protecting you and maintaining security, you understand and agree to avoid disclosing your Information in a manner which may compromise our ability to maintain reasonable security measures. Except in the event we are providing immediate confirmation or validation of a transaction, account change or other matter, we will not send you any e-mail with a link to any location asking for information. Please be extremely careful of “phishing” scams, unsolicited emails, or pop-up messages seeking disclosure of personal information.

Right to Opt Out

You may receive marketing materials from us and our affiliates. You may instruct us in a link on that communication or by contacting us if you do not wish to receive marketing communications.
